If there’s anything I’ve learned in this wide world of homeschool, it’s that you kinda do what works for you and the little people, and don’t let anyone push you do do anything differently! Now, if I were a dead-beat mom who shut ‘em up in their rooms with a loaf of bread, pan of water, and tv remote, that would be a totally different story!

September 22nd, 2010 Lisa Johnston It was great to see Meb Keflezighi, last year’s ING NYC Marathon winner (time 2 hours, 9 minutes, 15 seconds WOW), use Jared Fogel, with Subway and newbie marathon runner, as his support while stretching after a training session for this year’s marathon in November. It just shows you that no matter how advanced we may or may not be in our health and fitness stage, we all need support from time to time to keep us from stumbling.

Wouldn’t you know, my battery was dead from my LAST vlog, but it’s a good thing that I checked it, because I’d hate to take off to NYC with a dead battery in my camera, right?

We’re going to be followed by the media, have our own paparazzi, and all that really cool jazz. Ok, so I don’t know about the paparazzi, but I am expecting a red carpet in my driveway when I get home! (Yall remind me to get my brows shaped up before I go – really!)
