The Great Deflation: Week 1 – Our losses, our cravings. #fitness #weightloss

For the first week, I have to say…. it went well!

The only thing Andy is really craving is a coke, and the only thing I’m really craving is chocolate.  The good news is, I found some 88% natural chocolate with very low sugar content!  Andy, is just out of luck.. Sorry, love.

We’ve done REALLY well in the healthy eating department.  We chose Sunday as our off day, and we had pulled pork sandwiches, which still weren’t THAT bad for us!

We haven’t really had much time to talk about what we’ve been doing.  If I’m not mistaken, Andy said he’s going to be taking the stairs everyday.  Me, on the other hand, I still haven’t been able to find TIME to do anything.  Which is why I’m losing so much more (that and because I’m nursing).

My goal this week is to at least try these awesome morning exercises I found on Pinterest yesterday!

We also forgot to measure so we will be doing that as well today!

Andy Lost 4 lbs

Lisa Lost  9 lbs

Because we started with $50 in the Great Deflation Pot, that brings our total so far to — $63!!
