Inspired by Trisha, over at MomDot, I decided to walk through my house and take pics of my dirty little secrets!
5. I collect Dreamsicles. Yes, I know that their creator, Kristin Haynes made millions off of these little heavenly cherubs and then not so angelically fled the country for tax evasion, but that’s not the fault of these little guys!
4. I’m pretty lazy. These table cloths (actually curtains posing as table cloths) were used in an event I hosted last night. I folded them up and put them there last night. They’ll probably be on the floor by tonight, and pushed under the couch by tomorrow, and the baby will probably try to eat the candle. That is, if I don’t put them up now.
3. We’ve been in this house for almost 2 months (I think?) and I haven’t yet found my diaper pail. I just put the diapers on top of the dryer or in a plastic bin until it’s time to wash.
2. My boys have played Minecraft…. all day… in their pajamas. As a matter of fact, because it’s too hot to play outside, they play Minecraft a lot.
1. The number one thing you’d learn about me is that I actually DO have bleach in my house… just in case.

My sister-in-law has a HUGE Dreamsicle collection, huge! I don’t blame your boys for playing Minecraft all day, it’s hot here too and that’s what my kids have been doing – video games

My kids have been playing inside all summer because it’s just too hot to play outside. And they often stay in their pajamas until 3:30pm! LOL!

I had no idea that the person who made those angel figurines fled the country to evade taxes! I didn’t even know they had a name, I just recognize the style of them. Anyway, I love your home!

I love how you have your TV on the hearth. We don’t have any bleach in the house because husband is allergic to it.

I had not heard about Kristin Haynes escape to another country. I’m thinking these are collector items now because she probably isn’t making any more. They are cute. It is amazing how things go missing when you move and I hope you find your diaper pail. Enjoyed my visit.
I do the same thing with leaving the tablecloth out & such- usually I bring it straight to the laundry room, where it then “lives” until I frantically wash it hours before I need it again. Oops.

My kids play Mindcraft and I agree it is too hot outside. The photo of your table cloth/curtains I was more focused on the family pictures on the wall!

Being in South Florida, it is WAY too hot for the kids to play outside. Most days we play inside, watching movies and sometimes we stay in our pj’s. This being the last summer before school for my youngest, we are just enjoying the lazy days.
