One of my favorite things in my kitchen is my Core Bamboo Cutting Board.  I use it for just about everything.  My mother in law gave it to me for Christmas several years ago, and it’s the best cutting board I’ve ever had.

I like that it’s easy to clean, and I can set it aside to air dry during the day or over night.  I usually just prop it up behind my sink and let it dry.

Core Bamboo Cutting Board Review

For several years of use, although the surface of the board is sliced up, it’s still smooth, and not rutted so it just as easy to cut on as the day I got it.  Aside from the obvious face that it’s made of eco-friendly bamboo, one of my favorite features is that it has a groove on the outter edge so that when I’m cutting tomatoes or fruits, I can move it from one side of the kitchen to another without the fear of spilling the juice all over my counter or floors.

I also use this cutting board to serve foods that we slice such as breads, roasts, cheeses and more.

It’s a great cutting board that I see me continuing to use for years to come.

I have the Daffodil Cutting Board:

  • Durable, midsize cutting boards
  • Made of eco-friendly bamboo
  • Natural woodgrain makes attractive cutting surface or table presentation
  • Won’t dull knives or dinner-party chatter
  • Juice groove prevents spills
  • Dimensions: 14”x11”x0.75”
