We’ve had a whirlwind of a month in the Johnston household! Between several broken bones, homecoming, church choir, praise team, money management classes, and the pre-teen ministry at church, The Teenager and I have been doing a lot of on-the-go beauty and hair care!
Due to lots of medical bills and money saving efforts, we’ve cut spending in a lot of areas, but that does not mean that we’ve had to compromise by using lesser quality products in the process. We’re thankful for the Walmart Suave Hub that is packed with lots of great beauty tips as well as the highly cherished Suave Savings Center which helps us save money on all of our favorite, high quality Suave products!
Did I mention sponge baths, dry shampoo, and washing hair in the sink? Yes, The Teen has two casts – one on her right wrist, and one on her right leg. This makes showers and baths almost impossible (she has to face backwards and hang both limbs out of the tub). Even on her allotted budget, Suave products smell great and work just as well as higher priced lines. She’s in a wheelchair for a few weeks, so she think she looks dumb and unattractive. I beg to differ. She’s absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful.

One of our absolute favorite products lately has been the Suave Moroccan Infusion Weightless Dry Shampoo. The Teen tries to take a lot of the workload off of me by going a day in between hair washes. This product is PERFECT for that! Not to mention, as a mom of four, sometimes, a full shower isn’t part of the equation, so when I don’t have time to wash my hair, I just spray and go!
