Educational Shows You'll Enjoy Watching With Your Kids on Netflix #StreamTeam

Have you seen the latest for the little ones on Netflix? The new Netflix original, Dinotrux from DreamWorks, features the best of both worlds for little truck loving dino fans! Dinosaurs and constructions vehicles work together to in their own unique ways to solve problems and show that even the craziest of pair, like Ty-Rux and Revvit, can be friends! I absolutely LOVE the humor in this show. It keeps the little one entertained while the big kids are getting ready for school or doing homework.  We love it.

Dinotrux – Ages 5-7 (But my 3 year old enjoys it a lot!!  Don’t tell anyone, but sometimes, when I get back home, it’s still playing, and you can catch me watching it!)

Season One has ten episodes that are 23 minutes long, and I know you’re like me and LOVE the auto play feature between episodes!  Check out the trailer.

Here are some other great shows that teach valuable lessons to our little ones!

Reading Rainbow – Ages 2-4

I remember watching Reading Rainbow when I was little.  Amazingly enough, even in the 15th season, LaVar Burton, the same guy who was giving us “ways to know and ways to grow” in the 80’s was the host!  Pretty awesome.  You can find Volume One on Netflix which features 25 episodes.

The Magic School Bus – Ages 5-7

I can remember when The Teen was younger, she was ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with The Magin School Bus.  She used to pretend to be Ms. Frizzle in her room by getting in a box and flying the school bus around inside people’s bodies, forests, and so many other adventures.  It’s still one of the most fun kids shows available!  There are four seasons available on Netflix.

The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That! – Ages 5 to 105

The Cat in the Hat is timeless.  He never gets old, and he will never go out of style.  There are currently 60 episodes on Netflix which has a run time of 1680 minutes (ha!)  which is 28 hours of Cat in the Hat awesomeness!
