As new or existing Sprint customer, you now have the opportunity to make an appointment with a personal Sprint-trained expert to not only set up and transfer your device content, but they’ll also deliver your new phone directly at the appointment.
A representative will meet you at the location of your choice (home, coffee shop, restaurant, etc.), ask you to open your device, and he or she will walk you through the set-up or transfer process every step of the way! It only takes about 45 to 60 minutes of your time, and it’s a one time process.

I was able to try out the Sprint Direct 2 You service with my new Samsung Galaxy S6. It was fantastic.
I like that Direct 2 You suggested types of meeting places, because my first reaction was “I don’t want to have to clean my house!” It’s great to know that those who aren’t able to get out have the ability to meet in home, but it was also nice to have an option. The Houston office sent a fantastic representative to meet me at a local coffee shop. She was so sweet, funny, had a great personality, and knew her stuff!
We made sure we sat near an electrical outlet in the event we needed to charge the device, but most devices come at least 50% charged.
Because we treated this as a “new service” setup, Courtney went through the initial set up of the phone, added my Google account, and went over some great features of the phone with me. It was really cool that she knew all about the phone, because she taught me some pretty awesome tricks that I didn’t know about. Namely the awesome camera features and the fact that once you purchase an app from the Google Play Store, it’s available to download on any device with your Google account on it. You do not have to purchase it again! I had no idea!
Since telling my friends about this service, I’ve already had a couple of them who said they’ll be setting up Direct 2 You appointments at their next upgrade.

Direct 2 You is available in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston (my area!), Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, San Francisco, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Washington D.C. and surrounding areas. We’ll be rolling into many more markets real soon. They’ll actually be available in the following areas in 2015: Phoenix, San Antonio, and Seattle.
How do I use Sprint Direct 2 You?
First, you set up and appointment with a Direct 2 You representative at https://sprintdirect2you.com.
After setting up an appointment, a Direct 2 You representative will meet you when and where you request. He or she will help you set up and activate your new device and transfer all contacts and data from your old phone to your new phone. Your representative will then help you personalize your new device to your specifications.
Another cool feature (if you’re unlike me and the kids want to keep all of your old phones to play games) is at the end of the appointment you will have the option to turn your old phone in for recycling or reuse.
Courtney is absolutely dedicated to her job! She drove 40+ miles (I’m far east of the city) in the rain, and even posed next to her Direct 2 You car for me. I appreciate how she made the process so easy and fun for me.
