I ran across this really neat video on YouTube on how to make Cotton Candy at home without a machine! This is a fantastic idea for a small birthday party over the summer! I think if I do this, I''ll do it outside so that I don't have to worry about getting it all over my floor in the kitchen. There are a couple of warnings, though.
