A couple of weeks ago, we switched internet providers, and I’m happy to say that we’re now able to stream Netflix on more than one TV at the same time!  For a little over a year now, we’ve not been able to stream anything.  I’m so excited to be able to watch the shows I want to watch while the kids are occupied or asleep!

The first thing I did, the day after we got our new service, was look up Hart of Dixie.  I fell in love with it last year, but I was only able to watch the first season.  I’m not going to incriminate myself and tell you how many episodes I watched in one day, but I will say that I’m loving being able to stream once again!

Here are a few of the characters I’m looking forward to catching back up with in their shows.

I didn’t realize it until now, but five of my top seven are doctors!  Too funny!

I’m usually not a fan of shows that I haven’t yet seen that only have one or a few seasons, but I think with a lineup like this, if I get too attached, I can just start a new show and start all over again!

When I’m streaming tv shows, I like to eat healthy snacks that I can munch on the duration of the show without eating too much!

Streaming Munchies

  1. Popcorn
  2. Peanuts/Almonds/Cashews
  3. Coconut Chips (they’re bigger and you can pick them up one by one!)
  4. Grapes
  5. Dried Fruit

  1. Very cool about the Netflix stream team! I am SO tempted to get rid of my dish ($$$ for only watching a handful of shows).

    I must admit, that I am a huge DOOL (Days of Our Lives) turn on and vege out watcher. It is such trash.. but I love it. haha

  2. I love Orange is the New Black! I also love to snack on popcorn and diet coke when I watch it.

  3. We JUST got Netflix and a streaming player and once my husband is home from a business trip, I’m having him set them up!

    In the meantime, I’ve been watching Orange is the New Black and House of Cards. I love that I can choose from so many shows and movies and don’t have DVDs piling up (we have almost 700 of them and no clue what to do with them) and we can even watch and share with Gaby, stuff I loved when I was her age!

  4. We LOVE Netflix. I wish I could watch more shows on there. I have to watch my Internet usage. We’re campaigning to get better Internet at our house all the time.

    Have you dared to watch Orange is the New Black yet?

    1. I satiated watching it, but when my daughter walked in on a very raunchy shower scene on the first episode, I decided it wasn’t for me. Horrible.

  5. We’re always watching something different but enjoying documentaries lately. We watched Freaks & Geeks when it originally aired and I’m looking to re-watch it again now on Netflix.

  6. I am a reality tv fan so right now I am loving that Big Brother is back on. I like to snack on popcorn or skinny cows, depending on my mood. 🙂
