I can’t run in the sand. Hold that thought…. I can BARELY walk in the sand, so I don’t know what I was thinking when I decided to try to hustle during the Blogger Olympics at Brandcation!
Not only did I lose my sunglasses (that I had kept up with for YEARS) in the ocean because of busting it, but I also tried to pretend I had jets like my sister and ended up falling, almost face first, in the sand during one of our relays! (Maybe I needed Jambu Footwear?!)
You see Trisha’s face? That pretty much says it all. Despite my clumsiness, I had an absolute BLAST!
The best part of all, MY TEAM WON!!! We didn’t even think to get a photo of all of us together with our Sheep Trophies, but WE WON! WE WON!

I was SO happy that you first volunteered to go into the ocean to get all the stuff you could for building sand castles – I *hate* the mystery of underwater… A fish could GET me!

That really looked like a FUN time!! I can’t wait to see you in October! And for what it’s worth, I would have face planted in the sand too! I can hardly walk on it.. but that’s okay to me!
