My son has awesome teachers this year!
The other day, I wrote a post about being responsible for teaching my kids responsibility.
Last week, I had a parent/teachers (more than one teacher in second grade… when did that start?) conference with The Entertainer’s teachers, and I found out he’s not so much The Entertainer anymore! He’s smart enough in some areas to be in third grade, but we all agree that he’s testing the new teachers waters and pushing all the limits!
Of course, one of those limit is withholding evidence. The kicker…. he’s showing me all of the incriminating evidence of misbehaving. What he’s NOT showing me is evidence of a job well done.

Of course, yesterday, when he came home, we found this response:
He’s been a handful for everyone, this year, but I’m glad to know that his teachers have a sense of humor while they’re trying to work through his changing behavior!
That makes me giggle! Sounds like he does have some amazing teachers there! BTW Hunter only has 1 teacher in 2nd grade here… Thankfully she rocks!
