Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream Concentrate Review and #Giveaway

Congratulations Shanda!

Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream Concentrate Review and #GiveawayOnce again, Tropical Traditions has hit the spot!  Not too long ago, I received a jar of the Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream Concentrate, and this stuff is fantastic!

Coconut Cream Concentrate is certified organic whole coconut meat in concentrated form. It contains no additives* (not even water). The dried coconut meat is ground very finely, giving it a creamy consistency due to its high fat content. Since it is 70% fat, it is a rich source of pure coconut oil. Note: this is a food, not a cooking oil.

I have to admit, in the first shipment I received, the glass was broken.  I contacted Tropical Traditions, and I was promptly sent another shipment.  The representative apologized for my inconvenience, and I love great customer service!

When I received my coconut cream, the natural oils in the coconut had separated from the mean, so the first thing I had to do was warm the jar up enough to mix it together (it arrived on a very cold day in Houston!).  After mixing it, it was beautiful and creamy.

Of course, as you all know, the main reason I wanted to try this, is because I’m always on the search for a more healthy coffee cream option!  If you like coconut, like me, the Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream Concentrate is a fabulous, healthy alternative!

I have added the coconut cream to beans, stir-fry, pancakes, bread, and I’ve even mixed it with peanut butter and used it as a sandwich spread!  The possibilities are endless!
