Update on Kylie’s Back Pains
For about two and a half weeks now, Kylie (my 11 year old) has been having tremendous neck pain and back pain. She can't remember a definitive starting point, but she does know - all too well - that she's having trouble sleeping, sitting, standing, doing school work, laying, watching a movie, swimming, walking, riding in a car, and so on and so forth. Why do we tend to overeat?
I have a big problem with portion control. Even though I eat healthy foods, it's NOT cool to overeat! I've never really been asked WHY until yesterday. I spoke with Cynthia Pasquella, a very sweet and wonderful nutritionist, yesterday, and one of the things I told her is that I have a problem with portion control.
