Subway Tuscan Chicken Melt Review – Limited time! #Giveaway

I am a creature of habit, so when I was asked to review the new, limited time Subway’s Tuscan Chicken Melt, I was hesitant.  I’m a seafood or BLT girl by nature, but there’s something about the Tuscan Chicken Melt that seemed interesting to me.

I went to my local Subway (Mont Belvieu, Texas), and asked for the Tuscan Chicken Melt on whatever bread they wanted to give me (I always tell them to give me whatever kind of bread they want.  Bread is bread to me!).  She put it on the oatmeal honey bread, and then asked me what kind of cheese.  This is what my sammy consisted of:

Subway Tuscan Chicken Melt

  • Oatmeal Honey Bread
  • Tuscan Chicken
  • Pepperjack Cheese
  • Spinach (love this option now!)
  • Black Olives
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette (on half only)

Then reason I only put the vinaigrette on half, was because I wanted to taste the flavor of the spiced up chicken without the extra flavor.

I like the plain chicken side, but I have to say that the balsamic vinaigrette gives it that sweet bite that is oh-so-yummy!

With just 8 grams of fat on a 6” sub, it’s healthy and tastes great.

All the flavors of Tuscany in the palm of your hand. This delicious sub is loaded with tender, juicy chicken tossed in zesty herb seasoning, then fresh toasted with melty cheese on your choice of bread. It’s topped with a tasty balsamic vinaigrette.  Or, try it as a $6 FOOTLONG™ Special.

I have to say, that I wish this was more than just a limited time sandwich   Subway always reels me in to a new favorite, and then they’re gone! (That happened to me with the apple walnut chicken one, too!)

The Subway Tuscan Chicken Melt is available until October 31, so hurry and grab yours!
