After passing our recent Property Condition Assessment, we are so happy to be in our new and WONDERFUL home!  It's a great location, wonderful neighbors, big backyard - everything we could have ever dreamed of!  We have absolutely nothing planned this weekend, so it looks like we'll be doing a few "improvements!"  Actually, I don't look at them as improvements, really, just modifications to our style!
