#Win the award winning Family Talk Game! #StockingStuffers

Congratulations Sara!!

“Who is the most famous person you’ve ever met?” asked my daughter as we sat down to dinner.

“Um… I think I would have to say… Jared Fogle (Subway) or maybe Craig Biggio and Jeff Bagwell!” I replied.

You may think this is your run of the mill every day topic of conversation, but it’s not!  It’s actually a great portable, thought provoking game by Around the Table called Family Talk.

  1. House of my dreams: 4-5 bedrooms, open floorplan, large kitchen with high-end appliances, 2-3 bathrooms, neat, tidy, not cluttered, one major work of art, game room, large front door with a screen so I can open my door on nice days to let fresh air in, smaller yard with beautiful landscaping.

  2. My dream house is a natural built home (earthship or cobb or dugout), completely off-grid. It would have a large living/dining/ kitchen area with a large rounded fireplace in the middle of the house. Two master bedrooms sharing a Hollywood bath, a children’s common area with sleeping cubbies, 5 acres, and fabulous neighbors like you!

  3. I daydream all the time about having a home that comes with a housekeeper! I just want a house that will be fun for my family, a big yard with a swimming pool, enough bedrooms for all the kids and grandkids to have their own space when they stay. I want a theater room and a huge kitchen and a super awesome craft room.

  4. Our Christmas plans are pretty much the same every year. We have Christmas Eve at my aunt’s with my family, Christmas day at my house and the day after at the in-laws. It will be amazing this year with all the new babies.

  5. Ok, this is my first time doing this. When we “like” or “follow” does it somehow automatically enter you or do we have to do something else too.

  6. My Dream home would have enough rooms for my 4 boys, one room for my parents and one for my husband & I, and a really big kitchen because that’s where we all hang-out the most.

  7. I don’t know what the house of my dreams would be. I used to want a colonial home when I was little.. or something quaint with a white picket fence.. In more recent years my tastes are very contemporary or modern. I’d just be happy to afford a house someday..

  8. Christmas day.. church, presents, dinner.. Nothing fancy but it should be really nice to spend the day with my family and my boyfriend

  9. I would probably pick Family Talk though I’m curious how different Grandparent Talk is .. I already bought Teen Talk to play with a friend even though we’re in our late 20’s its great for conversations

  10. My husband and I just bought the house of my dreams (and it also happens to be our first house)! It’s big, but not too big. We’ve got an extra bedroom for a playroom, and one for our office. We’ve got 2 livingrooms – a “sitting room” and our TV room. It’s a renovated Dutch Colonial that was built in 1895…it has beautiful original woodwork throughout…and the pine floors upstairs are also the original floors (though they’ve been resurfaced).

The backyard is a good size, though in the spring it needs a lot of landscaping work (but I don’t mind, because I love to garden!).

The minute we set foot in this house, I told my husband “you do what you have to do to get me this house…I MUST HAVE this house!”

  11. My dream house is a beautiful colonial house with a wrap around porch, a big modern well equipped kitchen, fireplaces, lots of natural light room for people to visit and a wonderful big library with floor to ceiling shelves filled with great books. All of this would be on a beautiful lake.

  12. It would have 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge professional kitchen, a laundry center, a basement and a wrap around deck.

  13. the house of my dreams is filled with children. i want a big family. we’re working on it…i’m pregnant with #5 right now 🙂

  14. the house of my dreams would be near the beach with no neighbors for miles gardens on every side and a big front porch with a swing 🙂
