Have you seen  VeggieTales Merry Larry and the True Lights of Christmas?  We love it, not only because it's Veggie Tales, but this new release features some pretty awesome folks including Owl City, TobyMac and none other than UNCLE SI ROBERTSON!!! I think it's awfully fitting that Uncle Si and okra janitor.  You don't get much more southern than okra!  They have made his okra character look pretty much exactly what you'd think Si would look like if he were an okra!
