If you are a Texas blogger, or you know a Texas blogger, this is a MUST READ for you!

A few weeks ago, a group of bloggers from Texas (including myself) got together and decided that there not only needs to be a place for Texas bloggers to congregate and mingle online, but it would also be spectacular to plan events that will help keep Texas money in Texas!

We launched our website and forum right before Thanksgiving, and so far, we’ve had a fantastic response from bloggers all over the state of Texas!

Blogging Texas was founded when a group of bloggers, on a plane bound for Houston, decided that family travel does not have to consist of state lines and boarding passes when there is so much to do – right here in Texas.

The purpose of Blogging Texas Events will be to showcase areas of Texas that are either off of the beaten traveling path, or places that need a boost due to the decline in the economy or a natural disaster. With so many miles to covers, we’re sure to embark on the adventures of a lifetime, and we’re taking you on a virtual road trip with us.
