This was such a great deal that I couldn’t pass up. So I bought it seeing that it didn’t expire until July, which was plenty of time. A few weeks ago I tried calling to book but the guide never returned my calls and even had his voicemail box completely full so there was no way to leave a message. I sent several emails and no response. Seems like he had my money and wasn’t worried about making good on the deal. I was able to get my money back from groupon but even that took a few days to sort out and they initially wanted to give me a credit. This guy just lost a customer and they may be a decent guide but horrible at running a business and dealing with clients. With over 200 people purchasing this deal they did good for themselves at $60K but they lost this client.
