If you like tuna salad, and are keen on spicy and sweet dishes, this Fully Loaded Sweet and Spicy Tuna Salad Recipe is for you!  Andy isn’t a fan of tuna, so I have to make this during the day while he’s at work.

My grandmother used to put apples in her tuna salad, and I loved how it gave it that sweet punch.  The other day, I decided to kick it up a notch, when I realized I didn’t have any pickles to add – I added jalapenos! (Of course, I save a little bit to the side without peppers so that Jett can enjoy it.  He loves the apples in it!) Check out this awesome recipe below!
