Since I got my new Fitbit One a few days ago, I've been tracking my sleep habits with their awesome graphs on the Fitbit dashboard. I knew I had been tired, but I didn't really really just how much sleep I was not getting.  My graph is all over the place, and one night it said that I was awakened 27 times!  Can't be right, can it?
