I put the video on for Jett (15 months old) while my daughter took the older boys to the park yesterday (our first not-so-rainy-day since before the New Year!), and I was amazed at how he was enthralled, and later, he even tried to do the moves that the kids were doing!

This set of Move ‘N Groove Kids DVDs will be great for homeschooling families as well as school settings, because they feature classroom style learning and exercising.

I love Move ‘N Groove Kids, because the DVDs prompt them to be active, but they’re not inclined to become overly hyper like my adult workout DVDs make them with fast paced music and dances.  Kids who aren’t hyper are KEY to keeping my sanity while they’re stuck indoors!

My boys are 8, 5, and 15 months, and although it’s a little too young for the 8 year old, if he’s in the right mood, he’ll join in on the fun with the younger ones.

Hawk likes the Go to the Park DVD because they do things that you would normally do outdoors like throw ride bikes and throw things!  Here he is rowing a boat.  This is the DVD that appeals to him the most, and he will be more active when he’s moving along with it!

Move ‘N Groove not only keeps kiddos moving, but it also teaches them to slowly work into exercising to get their heart rate up, and it also has cool down so that they can bring their heart rates back down before moving on with their day.  This is valuable information to teach your kiddos as they join along with you in your fitness and healthy lifestyle adventures!
